- 2 jars of Sera Roasted Delicatessen Eggplant (or any other roasted eggplant in a jar)
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- Olive oil and parsley for garnish
Take two jars of roasted eggplants and strain them in a bowl. Strain the eggplant for 2-3 hours until all juices have drained. Once strained, add eggplants into food processor along with all the other ingredients. Pulse food processor a couple times until ingredients have mixed. Pour baba ganoush into a serving dish and garnish with olive oil and parsley. Serve with crackers, pita bread or lavash.
NOTE: You can find roasted eggplant in jars and tahini sauce at any Middle Eastern market!
